∙ Must be a registered Stz’uminus adult band member
∙ 18 yrs. + and head of household
∙ Provide your status number for membership verification
∙ Provide CURRENT proof of off-reserve address, hydro/utility bill. **The card will be mailed to this address**
∙ Only 1 gift card available Per Household

The Christmas hamper gift cards are meant to assist adult band members with providing a family dinner over the holidays, there are no exceptions to the requirements.
