    Stz’uminus First Nation finances are managed by its Finance Department. The department assists in the preparation of all departmental budgets and monitors program expenditures. The department prepares monthly and quarterly financial statements for staff and Council. A Finance Manager supervises both staff and report preparation.

    Staff includes:

    • Senior bookkeeper who manages the Benefit Program, supervises accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as payroll and manages the security system;
    • Accounts payable clerk process invoices and ensures that bills are paid in an orderly and timely fashion;
    • Payroll clerk is responsible for the payroll of all Stz’uminus First Nation employees.
